Transforming your lives with effective ways to help your child sleep eazzzy!

As a child sleep consultant based in Waterford, I believe that every child’s sleep journey is unique. My approach focuses on gentle, responsive strategies that support both your child’s development and your family’s wellbeing. As each child grows they go through various developmental changes. I offer different sleep packages to cater for each developmental stage. Within these packages there are a variety of methods to enable you, as a parent, to give your child the knowledge on how to do things such as; self-sooth or fall asleep without you in the room. I can give you a better understanding of naps, their importance, and when is the right time to change the nap routine as your child develops.

Keith was a great help with our daughter who was 6 months old at the time. He spent time and gave us a really practical and tailored plan with ongoing support. It was great to get a fresh set of eyes and get the benefit of Keith’s expertise to appreciate what we really needed to do - understanding sleep pressure, what timings suited our daughter best, and not dressing up what we needed to do ourselves :). Highly recommend.

What makes my approach different.

It is essential for me that my clients feel listened to, that they do not feel judged or feel that they have done something wrong by their child. My aim is to empower you as parents with the skills and knowledge to help your little one have a great nights sleep and in turn giving you as a parent time to recharge properly and also have a good nights sleep. In doing this your entire family get to enjoy whatever the day may bring. What makes my approach different is:

  • No one-size-fits-all sleep training

  • Gentle, responsive methods (no pressure to use “cry it out”)

  • Grounded in child development and education

  • Experience supporting children with additional needs, including autism

  • Practical strategies that work in real family life.

What you can expect when working with me, families often see:

    • Fewer night wakings

    • Easier bedtimes

    • More consistent sleep routines

    • A calmer, more confident approach to sleep

Keith was a great help to our family. He was always there for questions and guidance. We couldn’t recommend him enough.
